I took a chance moving here because the rent was fair, and I’m really glad I did. Management genuinely cares and actually takes the time to listen. Maintenance responds and comes out to fix issues, which makes a big difference. I moved in December, and by January the property already looks much nicer. You can tell the owners truly care about both the property and the people who live here.

I want to personally recognize Barry for being an outstanding property manager at Villas 52. He is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I had a question or concern, he handled it quickly and efficiently. Barry communicates clearly, follows through on what he says, and makes the leasing process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their role and treats residents with respect. Villas 52 is fortunate to have him managing the property. Highly recommend!

I want to speak up because I personally witnessed the incident that has recently been mentioned in another review. What I saw was Barry interacting and playing with his pet — not abusing it in any way. The claims being made about that situation are simply not accurate. Beyond that, Barry has been a great property manager. He communicates clearly, handles concerns professionally, and keeps the property running smoothly. He treats residents with respect while still maintaining standards, which creates a comfortable and well-managed environment. I’ve felt comfortable with him as the manager and appreciate the way he handles situations calmly and fairly. From my experience, he genuinely cares about both the property and the people who live there.

I had a really good experience with Barry while visiting the property. He was welcoming, professional, and easy to talk to from the start. He walked me through everything clearly and made sure I understood what to expect, which I appreciate. He answered all my questions you can tell he’s knowledgeable about what he does. Should you decide to move here, just make sure you record and document EVERYTHING. These paid 5 star reviews are very much misleading. I moved into what looked to be a pretty great apartment, until I got settled in. I now have water damage and water leaking all over my house. From the kitchen to the bathroom. The neighbor upstairs is clearly having water issues because I now have water spots on my ceiling and there's water leaking in my ceiling lamp. This is causing mold to grow Wild all throughout my apartment and as well as making me sick. This place is a health hazard and should be shut down ASAP.
