Villaggio Apartments

First of all, these apartments are lovely. Moving my son from Canada, I had no idea what to expect about his new living conditions. I needn’t have worried. The apartment accommodations are so clean and well kept. The complex has a community vibe to it, and having access to amenities like a workout room, bbqs and even a pool makes this feel very much like a hotel/resort. What has been the best part about having my son live in these apartments is the management of the buildings. Ashlie especially has taken good care of us from the very beginning. From the first contact, to signing of the lease, to even keeping me up-to-date on what we should do when my son needs to travel back to Canada! I mean, the service is exceptional. A wonderful place to live. The management staff truly cares about its residents and always does everything they can to make their residents feel cared for and happy. Our dogs love going and visiting the ladies in the leasing office and they are always thrilled to see our dogs and give them a treat. From the moment I went to inquire about moving to the property, Ashlie has treated me like a VIP. She made sure every step of our process was seamless and worry-free. Three years later and she still makes sure I feel like a VIP every time I talk to her or see her, even if it’s just to stop in and say hi with the dogs. She has always gone above and beyond for me and my family.

I’ve been living at the Villaggio apartments for almost 2 years now. When I was searching around for the best fit for me I came across this property, and met Ashlie. I discussed my experience at previous apartments in the Shreveport-Bossier City area, and how I felt taken advantage of. Since I’ve been here she has handled all situations and concerns quickly and professionally to make sure I along with other residents feel safe within this community! Just a small appreciation post to highlight what a great manager she is and her passion behind what she does!

This is a nice place and it's close to everything. The apartments are really nice. Big shout-out to the maintenance guy - I think his name is Peyton — he was super nice. He took the time to answer some questions I had while I was visiting and it seems like he really cares about keeping everything running smoothly. It’s nice to see people who still take pride in their work.

I want to give thanks to Peyton for giving me some great advice about how to save money on my electric bill. He also explains in very great details on what he is fixing in the apartment and why it needs to be fixed. He plays a vital role in keeping the Villaggio apartments looking great and feeling like home. He always maintains a positive attitude and keeps a professional demeanor with the tenets .
