Villages at Fort Irwin

Rolando and Byron did a quick job on replacing our counter tops and sink! We cleared the countertops, but I do wish we were told to remove anything underneath because some of our cookware/appliances got wood dust and some paint on them which could have been avoided if we moved them. Other than that it was a great installation!

Nick with the maintenance team did an outstanding job! He got everything we needed done quickly and efficiently. He was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was fixing and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about helping residents. We really appreciate his prompt response and positive attitude. Thank you, Nick, for going above and beyond!

Alex M. was very helpful, friendly & thorough. She walked us through the house, gave us numbers for any occurrences while we live here & told us everything we needed to know along with trash days & where our mailbox is. She also showed us that everything worked perfectly. Thank you for making our experience wonderful!

Beth was absolutely amazing! She was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable right away. This was our first time living on post, and she took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and answer all of our questions. She’s super friendly, very detail oriented, and truly helpful. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but Beth made the whole process feel smooth and quick. We really appreciate all of her help!
