Instead of cleaning apartments they just repaint them. They don’t come quickly to fix maintenance issues such as flooded apartments due to old piping. The owners are money hungry and will charge you for anything just to not give your deposit back. Don’t move here unless you’re ready for a nightmare.

The apartments are roomy. The pool is okay as long as you can get there before most of the kids come. LOL. The amount of trash that was in the pool was astounding. Im not sure why you need to eat snack cakes while swimming...but.

My wife and I moved into this apartment complex in November of 2020. We lived out of state at the time and could not get to the apartment to look at it before we rented it. The pictures they showed online looked excellent so I sent BMG Management my first months rent, last months rent and security deposit that equaled one months rent which was a total of $2, 250. I got a call the next day telling me that they did not receive my payment and could I show them proof that I paid it through bank statement. I proved that I paid them but not after I yelled at the woman asking her how did you lose that much money. Anyway that was all straightened out. I believe it's under New Management and they are upgrading all of the appliances. It's not necessarily a bad place it just needs a little bit of uplifting upkeep. But Caroline the realtor very nice woman. She is four stars.

It's the perfect place for a new start..but I didn't like how small the units were and how the walls were so thin not to mention the weird smell that was hard to get rid of and no assigned parking so be prepared to park no where near your apartment..it also didnt help that the rent person laughed when I told her that I couldn't get a hold of maintenance for two weeks to get my falling ceiling repaired..I just moved out. Just let village trace be the last resort if you can't possibly find anywhere else..I could go on but you get it..
