Village Townhomes of Oxford

I enjoy living here! The area is very quiet and Destiny, the property manager has always been available whenever I needed her. This is the second apartment complex that I have lived in and both have been managed by Huntington Apartments Homes. My experience with them has been good including my lease transfer to be closer to my family. All utilities are paid to the city so there is only one bill. There are a a lot of parks in the area to do activities with the little ones. 5 months here and I am pleased.

From the moment I contacted the property manager 2 years ago until the present, I have had a good experience here. I'm a country girl, so the quietness of the complex and in the surrounding areas is right along the lines of what I like and what I'm used to. The lawn is well kept, the buildings are mostly well maintained, and my (former) neighbors were nice. Any time I've reached out to Destiny, the property manager, she has responded almost immediately and gotten things taken care of as quickly as possible. I respect and appreciate that. This is a family-friendly place and that's what I've continued to see over time.

I have been living here going on three years and have nothing bad to say about my experience. Extremely quiet and safe. We have had zero issues with break ins or riff raff hanging about. The other tenants are polite and respectful. There a no amenities to speak of like a swimming pool and such but that is fine with me because that keeps the rent at a fair price. There is a wonderful walking trail right outside the complex that extends all the way to the other side of Oxford. The town of Oxford itself is beautiful with stately homes and is perfect for taking a stroll with the family or a bike ride with the kids. The management conducts quarterly inspections of each unit which to some may sound intrusive but I think that goes a long way to keeping the right people here the bad apples out and

The townhouse community is quiet,peaceful, and well maintained. There are quarterly inspections, in which the tenants are made aware of in advance. The property manager and maintenance team are very responsive in handling any issues or inquiries in a timely manner. I have lived here for over a year and I have no complaints.
