"Village Tiny Homes"

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They promise you everything until you get qualified and they have to deliver the goods. Then they ghost you they don’t wanna talk to you. They won’t call you back. They won’t email you. They will not text you I was already approved. All they had to do is sell me the house, but they couldn’t even do that. They couldn’t even communicate. Not sure what’s going on there. I feel like I dodged a bullet big time. Buyer beware. Be sure and record your whole conversation.I think the reviews say it all. In response to your response, you’re so wrong. No one ever tried to contact me as a matter of fact, I can post the messages if you would like, but I don’t think you want that.

Completely ridiculous to not have base pricing. They want all contact information before a price, yeah I want to be spammed with multiple sales calls a day instead of you saying "hey everything is customizable but base price is "X". Really gives pushy sales scam vibes

Will sell you a home with all kinds of damage then ghost you when you request repairs. Don't get scammed like I did. Edit: still no follow up from anyone and my review was left a year ago. I have called and texted and left voicemails for just about everyone. My home currently has water damage that costs thousands to repair. Notice how they reply to all the positive reviews though! Please take your business somewhere reputable.

I bought my Tiny Home from Kelly six months ago. He is very professional and responsive to all my questions and texts in a very timely manner. Gave me ideas on color selections and appliance upgrades and even provided photos. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with him before and after the sale and delivery of my guest house. His sales demeanor is honest and informative without being “too pushy”. It was a pleasure to do business with him!! Thanks
