Village Square at East Beach Apartments

This place is awesome. It’s the most family friendly neighborhood and provides quick access to the beach. Within 10 days of reaching out to Connie, my girlfriend and I were able to move into a beautiful apartment. Connie and Jessica made us feel super welcomed and have checked in multiple times to see how we’re doing. You will always see people out and about, which makes the neighborhood feel more vibrant and alive. One thing to be mindful of is parking, especially on a nice beach day. Otherwise, this is the spot to be!

Edit: the VP of Operations has called me personally about this and will be addressing the problems with the employee who parked in our spot. He was very quick to acknowledge the situation. My husband and I loved Village Square until we realized they value their business properties over residential properties. Since August of 2023, a restaurant was built underneath our apartment causing very loud noises 7 days a week, sometimes until 9 or 10 until the evening. We spoke with Constance Simms who essentially told us there was nothing she could do besides let us out of our lease because they are a developmental company. We have also had numerous issues with utility vehicles taking up our parking area. As of 1/31/2024, A Frye Properties truck was parked in my reserved spot and the leasing offic

VS is the most beautiful complex in Norfolk and Virginia Beach with the most amazing staff. VS are more like condo style with a neighborhood feel than a traditional apartment feel. The neighborhood is absolutely stunning and safe. With a short walk to the beach or endless streets to walk your dog, this is a PRIME location. I could go on for hours on how much I love it here but what makes VS so amazing is the staff, especially the manager Connie. She has made the process of picking an apartment and moving in flawless. She made weekly phone calls before move in just to check in and see how excited I was about moving in. She made it her mission to know every single residents name and even cares enough to know personal details! I am excited to be about of this property at East Beach. I cannot

A fantastic property with access to the beach, community parks and pool, gym, and a well-maintained and scenic neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly (and quiet!) and the amenities are top notch. We have nothing but good things to say!

My family loved living here!! We had a blast being so close to the beach before leaving Virginia. Connie is the best property manager!!
