Steer Clear!! They will not take accountability for their administrative mistakes costing you more money, and the overall cleanliness and deferred maintenance add insult to injury. Expecting a response from their leadership team after escalating an issue that the on-site team nor their customer experience line could remedy? Well keep waiting because there is zero sense of urgency to respond. An error was made to the first rental agreement which I caught and asked to have corrected. Okay, mistakes happen. The problem came in when I didn’t notice the error in the “corrected” lease and signed it. Now, despite a paper trail of proof nobody seems to be able to fix the error now costing me additional money. I am still waiting for a resolution two weeks later and nobody seems to care. I love that I have my own room, private bathroom AND washer and dryer! My favorite part of the unit is the PATIO!!!! Mr. Charlie made the move in process very smooth and was very open about everything!

I love my private room and own bathroom ! Also Brittany Thorpe is awesome when it comes to making sure your room is good and always providing solutions to any problem !
