Village Place

I was extremely interested in renting here but every time I call either no one answers or the call is routed to the call center. The call center cannot tell you if they have any availability or how much the units are .. but they can tell you to come in and put in an application.. lol I don’t even know what I’m applying for ? Not to mention I’d have to travel hours away just to receive basic information.. info that can be shared over the phone .. not sure why it’s all treated confidential . The call center takes your information down and says someone from the office will reach out , and they never do. I’d appreciate it if someone would actually contact me

I have been living in the Village Place eight years going on nine . Amenities are awesome the area is okay.

I received a comment on a review I left a month ago saying to email to receive a response since it’s hard to reach someone on site by telephone, but I have already sent an email.. a month ago with no response ..

The young lady that assisted me was Carmen. Her professionalism and kindness will not be forgotten. She made my application process easy and gave me quality service. The atmosphere in their office was joyful and busting with excitement. Everyone had great phone etiquette. I was happy to be there to see and hear it all. Thank you for making my day a good one!

I have been a resident here for 7 months and each month keeps getting better and better. The manager and assistant manager are extremely efficient and friendly. The maintenance staff is very responsive and keeps the place very clean.The residents are welcoming and have made the transition for me extremely easy. Each month there are many activities including movie nights, ice cream socials, bingo, and parties for new year's Halloween Valentine's day. We had a super bowl party and an Oscars party which brings all the residents together and makes it a really social environment. I highly recommend this place.
