Village Place at Goshen

Great location, residents are very friendly, HOWEVER........... Way overpriced and in general, residents are growing very frustrated with the rising costs. There are newer apartments in Goshen that are much more appealing. 5% increase last year alone. You also pay a finder's fee of $3000 just to get in the door. Read the contract very carefully as there are hidden costs that will pop up down the road. One example is that they take $350 from your initial deposit for a cleaning fee after you leave. The problem for us, when we moved in, the apartment was not professionally cleaned and in fact was filthy. They are quick to communicate when they want your money. When you have a question or issue, good luck. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

As former residents our experience was fabulous. Safe clean convenient for seniors, close to everything you might need.
