Village on the Parkway

I’ve been extremely disappointed with the maintenance at this apartment complex. My kitchen sink was clogged, and when maintenance came to fix it, they made the situation even worse. Water started leaking everywhere and spread across my hall. The maintenance guy said he would request cleaners to come and take care of it, but no one showed up the entire night. The dirty water seeped under my carpet, creating an even bigger mess. When I went to the leasing office to report it, all they said was that they “noted it” and that plumbing and cleaning would come based on the order in their system — no urgency, no concern. This is absolutely ridiculous, especially because this is the second time in two months something like this has happened. A couple of months ago, they were doing drainage work

Toured an apartment today with Dwan. She was so kind and pleasant and the apartment looked amazing. The grounds are well kept and the community looks peaceful! Hoping to make this my new home soon!

Juan did an amazing job show me the property. He is so friendly with everyone and made me feel comfortable and at home the whole time. Hopefully I can move in soon!!!!!

Moved in a month ago. Saw roaches the day I moved in and mentioned them on the move in sheet. Complex sprayed twice and the roaches have only gotten worse since. Kitchen is inundated with them as soon as the lights are off. I’ve messaged the front office about them three times with little actual result. Dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refrigerator are infested. Haven’t even been able to put my kitchenware up because of it. Photos are of roaches I killed myself with my own spray because theirs has been so ineffective. Also cabinets were not cleaned before I moved in. Still had dead roach carcasses and droppings. Had to clean them out myself. Don’t move here.

Takes $260. for app fees and denies you. Beware, this place is fake. Gets you to give review before you leave office. My report was good. So, no reason to be denied.
