I moved here 4 years ago and have not wanted to leave! The staff and maintenance here are more than amazing. They are outstanding! The maintenance guys are out there throughout snow storms at all times of the day and night making sure we are all safe and able to get out. They come immediately whenever there is any issue. I highly recommend Village on The Green!!!

I moved here to simplify, but I wanted a nice place. I LOVE my perfect size, modern apartment! The grounds are very well-maintained, and Falduto Landscapers spent the past 3 days clearing away winter leaves and debris from the lawn and landscaping beds, trimmed branches, and remulched. The place is BEAUTIFUL! Even more than the place, the staff here is the BEST! From Frances and Hailey in the office, helpful, professional, friendly, always going above and beyond...to the maintenance team of Anthony, Andrew and Dale. One time I told Frances about a small problem in my apartment. She called maintenance. By the time I walked back to my apartment, they were outside my door, waiting for me, and promptly fixed it! I wanted to express my thanks for a great management and staff. This is one of the few apartment communities that include a wonderful in-ground pool. Grounds are kept immaculate. The management is proactive in exterior maintenance and repairs. I have been a resident since 1995. If a problem exists in the apartment, maintenance is there to address the problem immediately or shortly thereafter. As luck would have it, the few times I had to address an issue with the apartment, it was on a Holiday, and it needed to be addressed immediately, a staff member arrived and took care of the problem right away, Thanks. Lived here 7+ years. They always make sure the place is taken care of. I also worked here 4 years. Met a lot of great people and learned a lot here. I moved out of state now. But would recommend to anyone. Great community!
