The Village on Broadway has been wonderful! The townhomes are adorable, each with their own unique charm. The location is very convenient—right on Broadway and close to everything, as long as you can look past the traffic. Austin, the property manager, has been nothing short of exceptional. When my fiancé and I were in a bad situation and under a time crunch to find a place, he was attentive, responsive, and incredibly transparent throughout the entire move-in process. He kept us consistently updated and made everything feel much less stressful. The community itself is very well kept and diverse, which I really love. My husband and I just recently moved in and we love it here. It's a very quiet place and everyone we have met so far have been kind and friendly to us. The property is very well kept and the maintenance a man is very attentive and friendly. Everything seems to be handled in a timely manner and any issues you may have the office manager it's very welcoming and friendly as well!

I recently became a resident here and I’m pleasantly amazed by warm welcoming from the property manager Austin. He made my move very easy and handled any requests I needed regarding my unit. The maintenance man is very nice and fixed all the minor the repairs in a timely manner. Im very happy to live in a quiet, clean, and well manicured community. We have been here for 2 years now and just signed our lease for a 3rd year. We love it, it’s a great location, right next to shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores and even the elementary school is walking distance. Management has come a long way in making improvements to units and the grounds. Excited to see what’s next!
