Village Maison Townhomes

Place was dirty when I moved in, had to clean for 4 days to make it livable. Was infested with bugs. Then she didn’t want to return our security deposit even though it was cleaner then when we moved in. Not to mention the cops are in there everyday because someone was overdosing all the time. Then wants 1500$ a month in rent. I would not recommend it to anyone. And if you live here now, RUN.

To whom it my concern, I have been living at Village Maion for 3 months I had told the manager Mandy about the ac not working right I also put in a email. So have been having ac issues off and on and it has not been resolved it's been in the tree digits. I told her today and she dove by me. They do no fix any right. Dishwasher, bugs,garbage disposal, ext. Ipay my rent in full so I am not someone who does not pay rent I would not recommend this place to know one. Plus was dirty when I moved in had to clean for days. Theyalso had a murder a few years ago plus they have copsin hear all the time. I woulApt. 12153 not recommend this place.

I have been here about two months and so far I love it! It is located close to so many places. It is a quiet one street setting. Has a pool and lawn maintenance is free. Small back yard area but I knew that when I moved in. I would recommend it. Not five stars because no place is perfect although I really don't have any complaints so far.

I love this place warm and friendly secure and a landlady that stays on top of things. Best place to live.
