Cockroaches. Apartment flooded twice. Took a year to get a response on a maintenance request and we didn't even live in the unit it was submitted for. New unit dishwasher and radiator heaters don't work and it's been three months since a maintenance request has been submitted for the dishwasher. In this time I have seen several workers go in and out of the boiler room making adjustments to the water heater during the winter. The property management told us it would be okay if we were a few days late on rent and then a few days later we were served court summons to small claims court with a predated document dated before the email they sent us reassuring everything was okay. If I could could negative stars I would.

When it comes to repairs. It seems like it’s the cheapest service possible. As most of them don’t even know what they’re talking about or speak or understand English. I’m highly allergic to mold and mildew and they just keep painting over it. My apartment flooded because their plumber drilled a huge hole into the pipe and it was flooding on and off for about two weeks. Still haven’t had the carpets changed.
