Village Green Apartments

This place is like a horror film. The front staff are impatient, rude, and the maintenance man portrays himself as a thug! While visiting my Grandmother, I was rudely approached by all 3 of the staff on duty, which was very intimidating to say the least. All 3 staff immediately started raising their voices, to where I felt the need to walk away from the situation without even explaining myself. We will be moving our family out as soon as the lease is up. Please be warned before bringing your loved ones to this facility.

With new ownership comes gradually increasing rental rates. Average 8-10% a year. Property shows extreme aging infrastructure, various security vulnerabilities, and property management that concerns themselves with doing the bare minimum or nothing at all. From the outside the property has gone through an update using the lowest contractor bids. After 5yrs the paint is peeling, wood is rotting, and insects are a regular problem. Several apartments have been given various versions of updated floors, fresh interior paint, new blinds, tiny home style stove, and an updated toilet. The wiring is old and the plumbing is horrible. I visited this apartment complex and there is NO central air and Redlands is very hot in the summer. Also what they have on the website, as far as apartment rental prices, are different than quoted by manager. The quote was much higher. They have no swimming pool for these units as well. These apartments look run down.

I've been living here since October 2023. I have no complaints. Manager and maintenance have responded to all my maintenance requests. I hope one day they get central air and heat or the splitters.

Rented a newly renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath unit 18 months ago. Have since moved. Very comfortable apartment, great neighbors, newly landscaped throughout. Reasonable rent. Highly recommend.
