Village East Apartments & Townhomes

This is my favorite place that I have lived in Boise! The amenities are amazing and everything is kept so clean!!! The hot tub and pool are open year round, and the gym is top notch! I also love that I have never heard my neighbors, the walls are thick and it stays nice and quiet in my third floor apartment! Coleen and Emmie are in the leasing office, and they are sooooo kind and helpful. I moved in three months ago, and they were so accommodating and helpful! They are always happy to assist with my questions! The communication between tenants and leasing office/maintenance is so easy and efficient! I can't recommend this place enough!!!

The floor plans and amenities are about the only things solid about this property. Office staff became inefficient over a short period of time (1 year or so). Upon move out, we took a lot of time to make sure the apartment was in almost move in condition. We understood we may be charged for carpet due to pets…even though we had ESA letters and that was previously waived, but somehow not waived this time. We were also charged for scratches on the refrigerator door for $1200. When we asked for pictures of the issues being discussed (because they gave us pictures when we moved out of the previous townhome we lived at there) they kept saying they’d send them, but never did. This is our 3rd year renewing with Village East and couldn’t be happier! They are very easy to work with and actually listen to our concerns. I would say this is the best complex we’ve lived in. Makes a huge difference when you feel heard! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to live. :)

I have lived at Village East for about 3 weeks now and I love it here! The administrators are extremely nice and helpful, the maintenance staff are super nice and helpful, and the community seems very friendly and relaxed. Whenever I’ve had a need, I’ve gotten a quick response and the problems get solved quickly. Furthermore, the room itself is amazing. It has a very modern design, high tech infrastructure, and the ventilation is very good - which is important to me since I’ve struggled with breathing problems in past apartments. Also, there’s an app that lets you lock or unlock the front door, turn lights on or off, and adjust the thermostat - all from simply pressing your finger on your smartphone screen. I have been a tenant for almost 3yrs! and I absolutely love it! The staff is amazing and responds super fast! I currently have a 1 bedroom unit and it is a great size, around 750 sq ft. The location is convenient, and the amenities are amazing! Best apartment complex in the area!
