Village Crossing Apartments

The community is clean, quiet, and feels like home. Ryan and Keylee are awesome — super friendly, quick to help, and they genuinely care. The maintenance team is great too — always nice and fast to respond. While I was there, my building got a new roof + hurricane-impact windows and balcony doors, which was great. The apartments are due for some much-needed renovations, but I know that’s in the works. My move-out process was smooth, and I got my deposit back quickly. Overall, it’s a great place to live and will only get better after the updates!

Lived here for 8 years and decided I was ready for a change found a better community my rent was paid up until the first of January but when I told the office staff I was moving out on the 28th of December but would stay until the 31st to make sure I had enough time to clean the apartment I was told to just go ahead and move out on the 28th and if I stay after the 28th, they would charge me for those days even though I paid my rent all the way up until the first of January I was asked to transfer to another building at the beginning of The year because they were getting ready to renovate, which was only supposed to take I think 3 to 4 months, which means when I transfer to the new unit, I did not unpack because I knew that we were supposed to move back into the new renovated apartments w

Pros: — Ryan, the property manager, and the maintenance staff are the best! Very helpful, kind, and responsive. - Nice area. Beautiful trees around the property and there is a little lake behind the apartments, which is a perfect place to go for a walk or run. I saw lots of cool animals on my walks. - Access to local parks. - Close to i95 (great if you commute to work). - Rent price Cons: - My HVAC unit had not been replaced in a few decades. Had some health concerns related to that (seemed to be mold-related), but they were quick to replace it when I told them about it. They didn’t clean the AC vents though, unfortunately. - Had to get a dehumidifier for the unit because the humidity was always high. - Litter & pet poo (management sends a lot of notifications to try to mitigate this issu

I lived in this apartment for over seven years. For the most part, my experience was okay. Neighbors were generally respectful, though we did have a few rowdy ones from time to time. The apartment itself was extremely under renovated compared to other apartments in the complex as I took over the unit from a previous private owner. The front office employee at the time explained this to me so I knew going in that it wasn’t in pristine condition. Unfortunately, my move-out experience has been a complete nightmare. Despite my long tenancy and the apartment’s preexisting condition, management hit me with a series of unfair charges, with some for items that were clearly there before I moved in. The community Manager Ryan and Assistant Manager keylee where absolutely amazing communication was great from the start of the day to and through my tour! They were very informative and by far was the best experience I had touring after coming all the way from Tampa! Might just be my new home!
