Breaking the law by continuing to contact me after I specifically requested to be placed on the Do Not Contact list. I’ve been receiving multiple calls a day from different reps ever since I requested a mortgage payoff document. They intentionally claim it takes seven days to process, even though it doesn’t, which feels like an excuse for their team to call me three times a day during that period. To make it worse, the payoff statement they provide expires after just 10 days, which is well below the typical 30 day window most lenders provide.
