I personally had a call from the corporate office the other day after I filed a complaint. The project manager called me three days ago and assured me this isn't how they do business or what the homeowner should experience. They said they will have guys walk around to check and do street sweeps. That's complete BS! I just talked to my neighbor, who also had to replace his tires due to roofing nails. When is Stanley Martin going to take responsibility and own up? I definitely, at this point, wouldn't recommend buying a house if they aren't going to care about something so simple and costly. It's embarrassing. My next call will be the attorney general.
