The staff and maintenance are all exceptional! I contacted the office with a maintenance issue and it was resolved the same day. Everyone in the office is so welcoming. The apartment itself is very spacious and beautiful.

I personally caught your property manager coming out of my apartment after I gave explicit instructions that no one was to enter without my permission. When I pulled up and saw her leaving my unit, she looked completely stunned, because she knew she had no lawful or legitimate reason to be inside my home. And with her, the racial dynamic is impossible to ignore. She carries herself with the kind of entitlement that white managers often display when they oversee predominantly Black tenants not because the job requires it, but because she chooses to operate that way. Her decision to disregard my boundaries, ignore my instructions, and walk into my home without authorization shows exactly how she uses her position, and her comfort as a white woman in authority, to overstep in ways she would

Fabulous staff, gorgeous property and super close to school and work for me, so it was no question where I was moving to when the time came for me to choose a new spot. Especially with Mandy, Samantha and Bailey making me feel right at home immediately! Best management I’ve seen in a long time. Such a relief! I’m HOME!!!!!

Village at midtown is a wonderful quiet place to stay I been only here for 3 months and anything I need it get done asap. The staff are so friendly in sweet as well.

NEVER RENT HERE. Worst customer service ever. The staff barely answers the phone and always have an attitude. Maintenance never comes on time to fix anything. I need a whole A/C unit and my air was out all weekend with it being up to 80-90 degrees in my apartment during the summer when it was over 100 degrees outside. It has went out several times because they are too cheap to put in a new unit. Maintenance emergency lied about coming I had to wait until Monday. They never follow up with you regarding anything. They hate when you come into the office! So unprofessional by far the worst experience I have ever had! My biggest regret and mistake was moving here. Do yourself a favor and save your money it’s not worth it at all.
