Village at Mendota

I lived at Village at Mendota for a five years and I was very sad to leave since I was forced to move due to a job transfer. I loved the staff they were always friendly and very helpful. They always solved any issue that came up in my apartment. I recommend this property because my experience living there is phenomenal

I lived at Village at Mendota for two years. I love the place. It is a family environment, and safe place to live. Very clean, and beautiful place. The apparments have 7 community features, floorplan amenities and assigned cover parkings. They are very responsible, always checking that all appliance are working properly. Quick response if maintenance repairs are need it. Manager was very helpful , professional and friendly.

I’ve lived in the apartment complex for a few years now and I’m glad to say that the complex are always clean and the staff is very friendly and on top of things. I truly recommend this place.

Safe community, helpful staff which is very attentive to the well being of their tenants.
