Village at Juban Lakes Apartments

Even though I’m not a resident of this apartment complex, I wanted to share my experience. I called and left a voicemail, and they reached out to me the very next day. While I wasn’t able to afford their pricing, the property manager went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly kind, provided references to other places within my budget, and even followed up with an email. I personally know people who live here, and I can say with confidence that it’s a great place to live. The compassion and professionalism I experienced today really stood out, and I’m truly grateful for that.

Alicia Ruiz at Village at Juban Lakes Apartments was incredibly helpful and professional. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment and made the whole experience easy and stress free. I highly recommend working with her.

I am in LOVE with my new apartment! I was in a time crunch and Brittany did EVERYTHING within her power to get me in by that time. She not only exceeded my expectations but got me in even earlier. The property is Beautiful, the staff so helpful and friendly! I thought I had an issue which turned out to be a user error, but the maintenance man Mr.Dean was here to correct it and he showed me how to use it in a matter of minutes! They have all gone out of their way to do things to help my daughters and I move in and get adjusted! We haven’t been here 30 days and there has already been a community activity held at the office for my children! I feel safe and I’m proud to say I’m a member of the Villages at Juban Lake community!

I visited Juban Lakes and out of all the apartment complexes I visited, it was the nicest. Very quiet location and the staff were really helpful and informative, especially Alicia. Unfortunately the commute was too much for me so I didn't end up getting an apartment here but it would have been my choice for sure.

I have been here for almost a year now and the apartment layout is good and Britney in the office has been great at helping when I need but I had A/C problems spanning from June-September with a window unit to cool a entire 2 bedroom apartment and now for the past week I haven’t been able to use my closet because the entire rack with all my clothes fell. Reported it the same day and just keep being told that the work order is in but a week later and still not fixed and now I have to be inconvenienced with someone else trash and furniture blocking the area due to them abandoning their stuff. I had high hopes for this place but have been disappointed in how things have been handled.
