Cons: - Laundry machines don't work well and take multiple quarters cause they keep buying old refurbished ones. - They will glance at the package area and say you don't have a package when it's sitting right there, they just don't want to look for more than 3 seconds. - Parking is a free for all. - Being wheelchair accessible is a joke with how bad the walkways are, having to jump the curb completely to get on the pathways in some places, especially places seen less by people driving by on the street. - People chronically go around the round about the wrong way and it has been crashed into several times since I've lived here. I am almost hit by someone coming in the wrong way at least once a week. The office seems to not really care? - Cars are broken into pretty regularly. - They have tw

Village at Grandridge is a top notch apartment complex in Tri-Cities. I have worked with them a few times on some projects. This complex is always making sure it's in tip top shape for their tenants. If I had 10 stars, that's what I would rate them. and Ashlee the property manager is amazing!!!

I lived in these apartments for about four years, first in a one bedroom, then later moved into a two bedroom. The apartments are a bit older (excluding the new buildings they recently built), but fairly well maintained and appropriately priced. The staff is very friendly and do all they can to accommodate their tenants. I very much enjoyed staying there, the only reason I moved is because my family grew in size and we needed more space. It’s a great place to stay :)

Just got a 60 day notice to vacate… and this is what the main lady said "There is no reason just like you guys can give us a 60 day notice that you're leaving we can do the same to you.” So is anybody else getting evicted? “No, nobody else is getting evicted.” Is it a price hike because I’d like to stay? “No, not a price hike. We are just choosing to not renew your guys’s lease.” Walked out speechless. Been here for two whole years never missed a payment or been late. We keep it nice in our apartment. The only thing that’s coming to mind why this might be happening is that we called the office one time because our hot water didn’t work and 2 weeks later they finally showed up and we’re quite upset I had the locks changed and they didn’t have a key to the apartment and I had to take off

The Village of Grandridge is the best apartment complex I have ever rented from (out of 5). Their staff is kind and attentive to each and every need, most of which love on site. The maintenance crew is extremely helpful, even by pushing cars out of snow in the day and night. The office staff is always friendly and accommodating to any concern/issue I have. There are a TON of residents, yet the complex stays pretty quiet and every person I ran into that lived there was always nice and respectful. I would recommend these apartments to ANYONE for their staff, well maintained units, and affordability.
