I absolutely love living at The Village at Cascade Park Apartments! The apartments are incredibly spacious, and the vaulted ceilings on the second floor make the home feel even more open and bright. One of my favorite features is the balcony—perfect for a small potted garden and a relaxing outdoor space to enjoy some fresh air. The property itself is beautifully maintained with plenty of green spaces, which really adds to the peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The location is unbeatable: easy access to shopping, a movie theater, and I-205, and only about 10 minutes from Vancouver Mall or Cascade Station in Oregon. Everything you need is close by. What truly makes this community special, though, is Tracie. She is incredibly friendly, warm, and personable, and she consistently made me feel at

Great experience so far at Village at Cascade Park. The team is easy to work with and transparent - Traci and Brett made leasing straightforward. During our tour, Lamontrey from maintenance overheard me mention our tight move-in timeline and took the time to reassure us he’d have the unit ready. He followed through, and it looked great at move-in. Beautiful, well-kept property with tons of natural light and modern amenities. My partner and I are very happy here.

Lived here from 2020 to 2023. Started out at $1219 on a 12 month lease. Management currently does its best with the amount of people they have. Don't have any expectations for things to be fixed quickly though. We went over 3 months with just thin plastic covering our cut out front wall because the window seal went bad and ruined the wall. We never got the mold report we were promised back. Greystar stated they wanted to find another vendor. The next vendor came in and caused damage to personal property, which was resolved by our management. However, greystar is cheap and is a hassle to deal with. In 3 years, our rent went from $1219 to the current listed $2025 for our 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Our stove was an analog stove with no lettering left on it and no oven light. We also had a small

We have had a very pleasant move-in experience here at the Village At Cascade Park apartments. The leasing office is delightful and most helpful. The apartment was clean as a pin and we feel right at home. I want to give a shout out to Tracy in the leasing office and Hunter on the maintenance team. Thanks for everything.

Just don’t. I lived here for 8 years and the complex went steadily down hill after the first couple years. There was a shooting on 5th near my apartment. Homeless people are often going through trash bins. Cars are regularly broken into. They stopped pressure washing patios. As far as management, they removed my access to my patio storage closet after 7 years saying I never should have been allowed access. The door opened with my apartment key and was sold to me as apartment storage. Rent was not decreased. Grills are now completely banned. You can only use your fireplace during specific evening hours now. Good luck finding staff in office during business hours and good luck going a week or two without the pool or hot tub closed. Parking was always very good but now they are enforcing
