The apartments are well built, pest free, and located in a great area within walking distance to anything you could possibly need or want! The management is fantastic, and maintenance issues are handled promptly and thoroughly! The rent is also very reasonably priced

I recently moved out after living here for almost four years. It was truly a wonderful complex to call home. The location is fantastic, the pool is always refreshing, and most importantly it was a safe space. I experienced a few property managers during my time, and each one was attentive and genuine in their care for the property and tenants. (They hire good people.) In general, I really didn’t have a need for maintenance (yay!), but when I did I knew whatever was needed would be done quickly and correctly. (Also, maintenance was always professional, and I never felt uncomfortable with them in my home). Random notes: never had a package stolen, loved the keypad locks and thermostat synced to my phone, parking was easy/car was never damaged, really never heard my neighbors, and the list go

These are older apartments with some renovations, but a smoke odor was noticeable. While a ceiling leak occurred during a storm, maintenance was prompt and resolved it within two days. The utilities-included option was convenient, and the maintenance staff was excellent, addressing issues quickly. My neighbors were friendly and polite, ranging from families to singles. Despite renovations, the building's older infrastructure means AC and water heaters are aging. The area around my unit felt sketchy due to transients. The property saw multiple management changes, but the current manager is responsive. I had no pest issues, though the neighborhood experienced a shift with new tenants leading to more vacancies. I have been living at Village at Brookside for almost 3 years and it's a great area to live in. I’ve never had a problem living inside of this community. Danyel, the current property manager here, is very kind and resourceful. She has a great sense of community with events she has around the holiday season. Anytime I have an issue she finds a way to solve it she truly is fantastic. The maintenance here is quick and efficient and considering my previous experience dealing with other apartments maintenance. Nathan was a very much welcomed surprise. He is very good at what he does and I appreciate what he does for the community.

I lived here for more than 2 years and I only left to move out of state. The property is well-maintained with beautiful flowers, manicured lawns, a gate and a quaint little courtyard. Danyel is the kindest, most caring property manager you'll find. She initiated community events for us, which is a nice way to get to know your neighbors. She looks out for you, especially if you have kids. She enforces the rules, and she keeps out the riffraff. Tulsa, unfortunately, is overrun by homeless camps, but you won't see them on this property. I moved from Riverside where there were 2 homeless camps inside the apartment complex and management would not get them out. Maintenance requests, or alarm issues, are always answered immediately.
