Parking is horrible for guests. My mother has lived there for nearly 12 years when the first phase was built. Owns her condo. The rental homes are ALL overbuilt. Not enough green space and parking for visitors. Poorly planned by the developers. Really odd since my mother WAS a Developer with the Schottensteins. This development could have been SO much better.
The neighbors just put their trash on your lawn and the HOA will not help or respond horrible
Nice quiet place to live. Seems unlikely bcuz I've seen a few supercars around here.
The 2nd phase was non-existent when I looked
Okay place don't have very much variety
