We’ve had a great experience living at VillaDova. From day one, the leasing team has been welcoming, professional, and incredibly responsive. Kinsley and Melisa have both been amazing to work with — knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help with questions or concerns. Maintenance has also been outstanding. JB and Ruben deserve a special shout-out for being prompt, courteous, and thorough every time we’ve needed assistance. Requests are handled quickly, and the work is always done right the first time. The community itself is well-maintained, quiet, and conveniently located, which has made our time here very comfortable.
