Villa Serena

I stopped by for a tour today and not only was the environment welcoming and inviting. It was so clean, well maintained and beautiful. Miss Elaine in the front office gave us a wonderful tour of a 2-bedroom apartment. She was just excellent with the best customer service. I appreciated her time and patience. My sister will definitely be renting from the Villa in May when she moves down. Thank you for being so welcoming 🌹

Visiting out of State and was looking for a clean, peaceful place in Henderson to lease. We saw these Villa Serena and went in, the office manager, Elaine, was awesome - very transparent and professional when explaining the leasing process and a few extra renter friendly amenities. Toured the complex and it was clean and QUIET. Apartments inside were nice as well. It was a welcoming vibe. Definitely will be back.

I love my apartment and the staff is really great and very responsive. The maintenance crew have all been very nice and are quick to respond to any issues. The neighborhood has been quiet, and the grounds are well maintained.

Villa Serena is a great place to live. Spacious apartments, beautiful grounds, sleek amenities are great reasons to live here. The property management staff is excellent. Specifically, Elaine, who is kind and professional and always smiling.
