Since I moved to the Milburn side of these apartments we had had the worst experience possible! We have very rude and entitled neighbors (All adults no kids) and we complain constantly and we get no help. We call security like they say but no one seems to come out. We have a lot of electrical issues and the first month of living here our fire alarm kept getting set off in the middle of the night because the batteries were dying. We reached out to the office and got no response so we replaced them ourselves. Management seems to only look out for the people they like. Not worth it for the price of rent!

If you choose to live in an upstairs apartment I do not recommend. I have 2 babys and the downstairs called the cops and the security every other day about noise complaints about BABYS. The office never had compassion or empathy. For the most part I think there was favoritism with the person that lived below me. Yet she had 3 big dogs that barked all day with their windows open but to each their own. Office would call every day about noise complaints that this lady would make About my babys that are 2 and 1. For the amount of rent that is paid which I paid $2100 this is unacceptable to be dealing with police and security at your door because your babys can’t even roam around comfortably even during the day. Or even watch a movie because they’re at your door because people are noisy implyin

Holly helped me over the weekend and she was amazing! She worked with me and understood that I was coming from Sacramento. Gave me best options to make sure that I could put a hold on the apartment before it got rented out (it is first come first serve). She was amazing! The only reason I took a star off is because I’ve only worked with her so far and waiting to see how the approval process goes moving forward and if I get any interaction with other staff members. I’ll come back to provide an updated review.

We rented this apartment in January 2019 and live in June 2025 , overall beast experience there , First Cyndi and after Samantha, both are nice workers in leasing office and also they do your work order on time , overall nice and affordable apartment in the Fresno

Management is unprofessional and disorganized with their treatment of potential tenants. I had called earlier this week and scheduled an apartment showing with Samantha for today at 1pm, I took time off of my full-time work schedule and drove 30 minutes in the rain to the leasing office, just to be given a brochure. Holly told me that allegedly the "groundskeeper took the key this morning" for the apartment that they were going to show me, and allegedly they had sent me a message. I told Holly that I never received a message or call from anyone, and that I would've liked to know ahead of time about the showing cancelation before making the 30 minute drive under the rain. She said, "sorry that you didn't receive the message but we did reach out"- so despite the fact that I showed up even th
