Villa Pines at Baymeadows

I’m writing to share my daughter’s experience at Villa Pines at Bay Meadows, which was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the major issues was the presence of stray cats around her unit. These cats were not only loud and aggressive, but they also blocked her way in and out of her apartment, creating a real safety concern. My daughter has a strong fear of cats and deals with anxiety, so this situation made daily life very difficult for her. Despite multiple assurances from the property manager, Donjeta Sahiti, that the cats would be removed, nothing was ever done. Donjeta was often unresponsive — failing to return calls, emails, or messages — and would frequently claim to be too busy to address the issue. This lack of follow-through and professionalism forced us to escalate the matte

Me and my families stay at these apartments have been very pleasant . The property manager Donjeta is awesome she has always made it a priority to handle any issues we’ve had which hasn’t been many but her and the maintenance have been awesome and very pleasant would recommend.

Lived here for two years. I first started off in the studio and later upgraded to the one bedroom. The two units I lived in were decent. They definitely could use a remodel. The property was overall kept up nicely and no issues with bugs. Maintenance issues were addressed promptly. It was advertised about having a shared laundry facility but I never found it, instead just went to the laundromat down the street. I give it 4 stars for the units as they could use an update.

Donjeta the apartment manager and the maintenance team are always very pleasant and helpful. Living here is peaceful and very convenient.

My experience with living at Villa Pines was nothing short of fantastic. The apartments are decent sized and reasonably priced. The location is perfect and centrally located for pretty much everything. I've been there long enough to go under three different management companies and the current ones have my far been the most help. My questions have always been answered with in a day and they have worked very closely with me in my home buying journey... My lease is almost up and I'm buying my first home but I would recommend them to anyone looking for a decent area cute apartment and good management 😃
