Villa Las Brisas Apartments

Don't live here!! Gates never work manager gets mad at everything even when you use the dumpsters she gets mad that they're too full instead of adding more. Manager was rude and walked into unit when she wanted. The whole place is infested with roaches more then one tenant had that problem. They keep raising the rent but never fixing anything.

Was a good place to live at in the beginning about two years ago. The manager and maintenance people don’t really do there job. We aren’t getting the repairs we need and they raise the rent every year. The gates never work properly and people park in front of it so it’s always hard to get in and out. The landscaping is not upkept and they always have bags of weeds laying everywhere.

What a gift this community is. My husband and I were out and about looking for an apartment. Sad to say nothing was catching our eye. THEN I seen Villa Las Brisas Apartment. Prayed we could enter the community to see what it was all about. I guess it was meant to be. The gate opened. Found the rental office and met this wonderful manager. Betty was friendly curtious and answered all guestions and more. Showed us an apartment that would be available the next month. The best move we have ever done. The people are warm and friendly. THANK YOU BETTY AND HER STAFF. Never a problem to big to fix. 😁

I own the property adjacent to Villa Las Brisas. I am constantly picking up trash thrown into my yard by the tenants that live there. I have witnessed kids picking fruit from my trees and throwing it at my and my neighbors house. Now my 6-year old's pool has a plastic milk jug full of cigarette buts and vomit in it. Probably form these apartments. Pretty gross though. Never get any return calls from the manager there.

Everyone gets notes on their doors frequently talking about how we aren’t allowed this, aren’t allowed that. Can’t have black out blinds, can’t have fans in windows, can’t have PLANTS OUTSIDE ON THE PATIO, umbrella on patio has to be a certain color, can’t hang towels outside to dry, can’t have humming bird feeders, can’t have certain furniture outside, can’t have a small grill… the list goes on! And the laundry mat! people using all the washers at once, please for the love of god, management, put a sign up saying something about using a max of 2-3 washers/dryers at a time.
