I loved Jen’s customer service. Not only did she show me several different locations but she was also so helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. She went above and beyond with her service and not only I’m recommending her but I was recommended by someone else who lived here before me. So we continue to trust her for all our needs or questions. Thank you so much Jen for everything that you do for that leasing office, you’re an amazing human being. I had a great experience with Villa La Paz Apartments thanks to the quick help from Atzin & Sonia in the leasing office. I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment and was worried I’d be stuck outside for a long time. They both were professional, friendly, and efficient—after I showed proof of residence, they let me in with the office key. It was such a relief to have someone respond so quickly and handle the situation with kindness. I really appreciate the excellent service and care!

We've been here in Villa La Paz for 5 months and the truth is that my partner and I have had an incredible experience. Whenever we need something, they are very attentive to our requests. Today, 8/14, Jose and Sonia helped us with a key we needed and they were very kind. Thank you all very much for your kind attention.🥰🙏

We are very happy with our new apartment! 🥰 The unit is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed perfect for our needs. Everything is brand new and works great, from the appliances to the air conditioning. The building feels safe and quiet, and the location is very convenient. The management has also been very helpful and responsive. Thanks to Brandon, Matthew, Atzin, Sonia, Jen and all the staff. Highly recommended! ❤️

I’ve had a great experience living here! The staff — Sonia, Matt, Jen, and Brandon — are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Any issues are resolved impressively fast, usually within a couple of hours, whether it’s a maintenance concern like water not draining or something simple like needing an extra garage key. Communication is easy and convenient, whether by phone or through the app, and they always follow up promptly. It’s rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such a welcoming attitude. I truly appreciate how well they take care of residents here.
