The place is pretty quiet with a nice courtyard in the center but management is very poor: 1- Paper-made walls make you feel like in a hostel, if you don't mind to hear the neighbor sneezing, snoring yawning that's ok. 2- When your are renting the manager says you can park in any free space, what she don't tell you is that all covered packing spaces are occupied by old tenants and staff, some of them have two or three spaces and remains free most of the time. 3- She said will give you a key to open all doors but after moving-in refuse to give the back door, which just she uses, so people living in the back have to do a long walk all around the building to get inside. 4- People smoke all around the balconies, stairs and corridors, should be the opposite because most of the people living

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!I have only lived here 3 mths. Right now the place is INFESTED with bed bugs roaches termites and rats. I exterminate at my expense. I have had sewage back up out of my sink and tub TWICE. . There's no emergency maintenance so I had to call plumber at my own expense and he found a rat in my plumbing! They use unlicensed plumbers /electricians and I've had 3floods in my closet and days without electric due to shorts. Still one whole wall of outlets don't work. The water comes out yellow all the time. NEW OWNERS? More of the same..Raised the rents!!! Collect rent/ ignore all complaints. I tried to reach them and the poor woman at desk ( if you can find the office open ) has been told not to give out KVR Property contact info. So, I have filed with the city. DO NOT MOVE HE
