Villa Green Apartments

I'm a tenant at the villagering apartments and We go through Landlords like water. And there's a lot of shady stuff going on at the bill of green Apartments. You do not want to rent here at the villagreens. In some of the Apartments, there's black mold. Growing and neighbors are always in your business and the swimming pool. Was only open When they didn't need to fix it, but whoever comes to the villagreen. Apartment or used to live in the villagreen. The place is run down. Don't even keep up the electrical in the Apartments. They accuse tenants of letting their dogs go to the bathroom and not picking up after him. And land lordy's real mean. I currently live here with my grandpa, I really do like and enjoy this complex. The neighbors are really friendly it's quiet and the apartments are reasonable for the price. My reasoning for the low rating however, is because they will not let me rent an apartment here, or at Harmony Ridge Apartments, or even at Sunset Plaza Apartments. They say it's because I got into an altercation with someone at the other complex, which 1 had nothing to do with me at all except for the fact that I was staying the weekend at my friend's.You can ask other tenants here I am a very friendly neighbor. That's the only reason I give this place 2 stars. I originally wanted to start my life here as I am 20 years old. And obviously have family and friends residing here.

I lived at this apartment complex for over 3 1/2 years and I had no problems. I had wonderful neighbors, and Chelle the office manager was always very prompt with returning calls and making sure work orders were put in. The building I was in didn’t really have any problems with loud neighbors, and I felt safe living there by myself. I would live there again in a heartbeat. If I move back to Colorado.

Lived there before it's not a bad place to live (Now that they have new owners) and The new people are very nice and helpful. I had good neighbors when i was there. This is a perfect place to start building your life at.

The water shuts off at least once a week for an hour at a time. Nothing has been repaired since we moved here in August. Heater is still broken in the dead of winter. Would not recommend.
