Moving out soon but feel like I should share my experience. Great place to live but management is horrendous. Went away on vacation for about a month and just came back to a smelly unit. I’m like huh that’s odd, left the AC on and everything but to my avail there is the ONE THING I left in the freezer on the counter, a box of frozen corn dogs. The maintenance team came into my unit to clean my freezer and didn’t put THE ONE THING I HAD back into it. Thank god I cleaned out my fridge otherwise I don’t wanna know what else would be crawling in my unit. Dead bugs were littered EVERYWHERE and RATS yes rats enjoyed a little feast from this mess. Just goes to show the incompetence of many student housing employees in the area. I still have not been compensated for anything, will update this re
Villa Firenze is an amazing spot for student living—great location, super helpful staff, and an overall great vibe. Highly recommend!
The Leasing Agents: Johnny, James & Jacob are phenomenal! They will help you in any way that they can. The Maintenance Team (Mr. Vern especially) is awesome! Helpful, polite and responsive. Good place to live in a GREAT location. I thoroughly enjoyed living there!
