Villa Fiore Magnum Series by Elliott Homes

Stopped by to show my sister in law what Lodi has to offer. We were treated extremely rude by the realtor at this subdivision. We had just traveled back to Lodi from Reno after a few days of house hunting in NV. We looked the part of travelers, comfortable and tired. The realtor was beyond rude when she looked us up and down and asked rudely “Is there something I can help you with?” Then proceeded to have her assistant help (who was amazing). We checked out the models and returned to the first that my SIL loved. The realtor then entered with clients explaining the different features. We listened as we had questions anyway. She then turned to her clients and stated “they’re staring, let’s go back in here”…Rude. My SIL went across the way and purchased a FCB home instead.

I'm a local realtor.. Real estate is a small world. I probably lost 3 to 4 of my buyers to these guys during the you euphoria of 2021. They refuse to work with other realtors or offer any type of compensation. So with interest rates going up I don't feel sorry for these guys at all if they're stuck holding the bag.

Nice for the pricing, not much street parking, the neighborhood will get crowded when families have children with their own cars, this seems to be the norm for new construction at this price point. If your like me I have four cars,so I will be looking at a corner lot or an older generation home when construction was more liberal with lot sizes.

Very nice real estate agents. And beautiful floor plans. Give it a look if you get a chance. Great Lodi location. 😆

I would not recommend buying from Elliott Homes because of slow and unresponsive customer service experiences!
