The ladies at the front office are super helpful, kind and intelligent. This place is immaculate cleaned and continually maintained. This is a gorgeous place to live and a wonderful relaxing environment. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. It reminds me of staying on the west side in Maui in 2018. Beautiful property and have highly maintained and managed with the nicest fair staff. They go above and beyond creating fun events. Maintenance and Porter are top notch . It's a very relaxing and serene place to live and call home. The management team is extremely fair with moveouts and security deposits. Something you don't always see in many other communities. They deserve more than 5 stars!

My uncle lived there for a year and liked it at first. It was too far from where he needed to be. It was disappointing how they hired a new management team and let go of the old one. The old one was better than the new one. I’m glad to hear that they eventually did rehire the old one back she was the best. It also wasn’t a healthy environment with some of the neighbors Conflicting with each other. Overall, it’s a beautiful community with a nice community pool and spa, and fireplace which felt like a hotel.

I moved in two and a half weeks ago. I have a studio apartment, third floor and I love it. The management goes out of its way to encourage residents to get to know each other. Because it’s brand new it’s so clean and pristine - love it! The landscaping is very nice, lots of maintenance staff, and I love the way you use a debit type card for the laundry room instead of having to have change in your pocket. And they welcome pets! No place is perfect, and I come from living most of my life in Southern California, and a little bit of time in New York, so the prices are very fair as far as I’m concerned. The staff have always been patient and professional with me. I’m really enjoying getting to know my neighbors. I think the insulation of the apartments for warmth and noise is just fine. And

This place is a new 55+ resort style complex at an extremely reasonable price. It accommodates many different lifestyles while maintaining a warm, friendly and professional environment. Yes, there are some hard rules like no smoking on property and 100% pickup of all pet waste, but that's a good thing. It's overall healthier for the community and others. (wish it included vaping cough cough) Office staff is simply top notch. They go out of their way to help you. One time the wind blew my front door open while I was in the jacuzzi and my little dachshund got out. Neighbors immediately tracked down Cheryl from the office and she came and found me to rescue my dog! That's the kind of neighbors and people that work there are.
