MOLD MICE AND ROACHES. If I could give zero stars I would. They have black mold, flooding pipes, exposed wires, just unhealthy living condition ALL AROUND. And it reeks of dog and mildew. And they took my deposit and charged me extra on top even though I cleaned the whole apartment after HAVING TO CUT MY LEASE AFTER ONLY 7months of living here. Leasing office lady is incredibly unprofessional and gave me attitude instead of doing anything at all to help. So I had no choice but to cut my lease. Literal nightmare of a situation. The only person I liked was the maintenance guy. He’s the only maintenance person at the complex and works his butt off to try and keep up with this rotting apartment complex.

Don't move here. I was apartment 431 I was there for a year it was me my man and my homegirl / roommate she had a baby too. They don't take you serious they don't care if something happens to you in the apartments. their maintenance don't care they take their sweet time to take care of stuff. I had mold in my system I had to go to the hospital first it was a leak in our living room. We put a notice on the online app like they tell you to if something happens in the apartment. Finally after 3 to 4 months they came to look at the leak in our living room then they proceeded to cut a huge hole in the living room don't even clean their mess up just leave then takes them about 5 to 6 months to take care of the hole in our ceiling I started to have breathing problems mold come out of my mucus roa

Just got moved into a new place, I was very satisfied by 1) the extremely outgoing and friendly nature of Tianna, who got me in there fast and with no major speed bumps and 2) the quality of the apartment is quite nice and they seem very willing to get maintenance out for anything I need

If I could rate them a 0 I would. Don’t move there. I was there two years never once was I late on rent, there was always water leaking into my apartment and it would take days before it was fixed causing that mildew smell and mold. There was always a random person just wandering around near our apartment doors. No one is ever in the office and when you move out, they add on all these fees to your bill and take your deposit. Which is wrong because I can ensure I had to deep clean my apartment before moving my stuff in. They just say they cleaned and take your money. Also! They will try to add on fees if you didn’t give them a 30 day notice once you’re moving out (which is normal) but I gave a notice and STILL got charged that fee. Document everything with them. I have been living here for almost a year and at first things were fine, but then things started to break. Probably the most frustrating thing was that my apartment from downstairs got flooded because the water heater from upstairs ended up leaking. I had mold in my apartment within a few days and management only gave me a place to live for one day, which was at Waters edge another apartment complex they manage. For the remaining four days, I had to figure it out with my kids and it was a challenge. Then after I received my new apartment everything was fine but it has rained early today August 1, 2024 and now my apartment seems to be flooded again.
