Villa Del Mar Apartments

What a wonderful complex and staff!! We contacted them for an apt for our daughter on a Wed and had keys by Friday. Left a maintenance request and they were there in an hour or so. Whole complex is beautiful, clean, well maintained, and expertly run. Brittany, a leasing agent, was so wonderful! Highly recommend.

This complex is very well maintained! The apartment I occupied exceeded my expectations, and made me feel at home. I personally enjoyed the ceiling fans, and balcony that my apartment was equipped with. The quiet community is a group of people who are respectful to other tenants around them, and are cordial. Highly recommend!

I picked up my keys today at Villa Del Mar and the entire experience has been amazing from start to finish. The application process was super easy, and Amanda and Karina were on top of everything. Their response times were the quickest I’ve ever experienced — emails and phone calls were always handled right away. As an APM at a property myself, I’ve seen a lot, and their communication was truly on point. I didn’t walk my unit beforehand, but I trusted the team, and they did not fail me one bit. The apartment looked fantastic when I walked it for the first time today. Shout out to whomever got the unit ready! I had two minor things that needed fixing, and maintenance came and went the same day. Super quick and efficient! Highly recommend Villa Del Mar and their amazing team!

From the time I went in to view the apartments, Miss Brittany was very kind and Show me step-by-step of everything I needed to know why I’m here.
