Villa De Mallorca Apartments

I have lived here for two years and I have never felt unsafe. Management is very efficient and respond to questions and service calls in a timely fashion. I recommend that you make your own judgements, if you are interested in making this community your home stop by inquire in the front office and drive through the neighborhood at different times. That's what we did; and we made a good decision.

Great place to live, very safe, all areas are clean and well kept. I've been a tenant at Villas de Mallorca for about three years and highly recommend it. The office staff is very polite and professional. Service calls have been always answered very fast and all repairs done within a reasonable time frame by the very knowledgeable maintenance crew .

Propert manager Grethel is awesome. Very nice and understanding ladies in the office. I been here for 5 years and I love it. No complaints. Clean, comfortable, and calm. My type of environment

The management is horrible. Management run by Gretchen is Shady my car was stolen the second month living there when I informed management they told me this never happened before with them but when I went to the police station down the road they told me it happens all the time in the apt buildings it's a hotspot for thieves from what I was told from police officers who took my police report.. the only thing that's positive I can say about my experience living there is that maintenance are honest hard-working men other than that I have nothing else positive to say.. after my car was stolen and I was a victim I notified maintenance that I no longer have my parking pass and they tried to charge me $100 to get another parking pass even after I gave them my police report had it on record that

I have been a tenant at Villas de Mallorca for about a year and a half, and have never once had an issue with the management at all. On the contrary, every time I've called because something needed to be serviced, they replied very quickly and handled the matter professionally. My neighbors are all very nice and hard working people, and the premises are always kept clean and I have no bugs at all because we have monthly pest control visits. My unit is very pretty. You cannot find something this pretty at these prices at all in Miami or Broward. It's not a gated community but we have security guards and cops constantly pratroling the areas. I also have an alarm system in my home, and I feel completely safe. The entire community should not be judged based on the actions of a few criminals. V
