Villa Contento

I have 7 years living in this apartment and the management and maintenance are socks. I have waiting 8 months for fixing my wraparound light cover in the kitchen, the cables are holding on the space, im tired callint the manager and she doesn't want to take my calls, the other lady in the front desk (Carla) she alway tell me the manager is busy and the actitud of Carla is socks too. I hope they can do something and fix my light at the kitichen ASAP.

The lady in the office that is there now a fat lady with glasses black hair she was very rude I need it help with something she didn't help me she told me if I need it something to go on Thursday that she didn't have time to help me. I understand that she can be busy but that's not the way to treat the people that is leaving in the apartments. She needs to be more polite and try to help the residents when they need something.

I am happy with the facility, sometimes when l am late getting home there is parking issues. The management , staff, and maintenance is good.

Very friendly's and nice customer service, and the maintenance is quick and done within the same day. Great apartments with all bills included :))

Great maintenance staff. They always come out when we need them. I really recommend these apartments.
