Villa Apartments

I have been at the Villa for 5 months now. I've never lived in an apartment before and it was quite the transition however I have been very happy living at the villa. It is clean and doesn't stink. The grounds are wonderful with less grass and seasoned trees. I love the rose bushes around the property. Nice walkways and dog park. The owners really tried to use profits to upkeep the building and pools.

I have lived here for about 6 months and have enjoyed my time here. The staff are very friendly and take pride in how the property looks. My puppy loves running around the dog park or laying in the sun on our big porch. The only downside about this place is where it is in town. There are a lot of homeless people on the streets, but they rarely on the property. As long as you're smart it's a great place to be!

Very much liked moving here. The staff is awesome and very friendly and professional. Very helpful getting me set up here. The apartment was ready when I needed it. The maintenance personnel was spot on. Even though I have only been here a week, I love it here. Even recommended this place to one of my co workers. The place is well kept and clean. Really like the amenities, two pools, gym, and pet friendly. Made the right choice.

Wonderful, attentive, and kind staff! I’ve never lived in a place that had such a great team of people. Every single one of the office staff, cleaning staff, maintenance staff, and grounds workers I’ve met have been welcoming and wonderful.

wonderful tour and the property has so much to offer. The dog park indoor pool all year around and its heated , outdoor pool summer only, jacuzzi, sauna, extra storage and fire places in some apt.. i love the atmosphere and eager to be a part of thr community
