Views at River Bend Apartments

I have lived at The Views at Riverbend for over 3 years now and I can't say enough about the new management company that took over fairly recently. I'm especially impressed with Jackson Stewart that works in the leasing office. I was out of town last weekend and Monday of this week. The temperature dropped to a low of 31° on two of the three nights I was gone. I have a cat at home that I couldn't stop worrying about, so I called the office early on Monday morning to see if someone could go into my apartment to ensure that the heat was on so Eden, my cat, would be comfortable and warm. Jackson was so pleasant over the phone and assured me that he would go over to my apartment, set the heat to the temperature I wanted it set at, and call me to give me an update when he was done doing so. The staff are absolutely wonderful. They take any concerns or questions I have very serious and find solutions quickly. The complex is also very clean with routine landscarpers that come weekly! I enjoy all the amenities the complex offers as well and I honestly have no complaints. The property is also pet friendly too ALL breeds which was super important to me, I have a pitbull. The staff are lovely with the doggos too making sure the treat bowl is always filled!

Moving can be overwhelming, but this experience was smooth and stress-free from beginning to end thanks to Ramon! Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, which I truly appreciate! Good customer service is hard to come by, and he definitely delivered. Grateful for a great start in my new home!

I’ve only been living here a couple of months, however, I really appreciate the effort the staff does to keep this community looking great and helping me feel welcome. When I was looking for an apartment, this was the first and the last complex I looked at. Jackson was the first face I saw, when I walked through the doors. He had a great smile and positive attitude. He was knowledgeable about the property and talked with me about any concerns I had, before and after moving in. Tim, the maintenance manager, is awesome. Not sure why Jackson and Tim weren’t let go when everyone else was a few months ago, because they are clearly part of the problem. Both have terrible attitudes and could seriously use a lesson in basic customer service. Every review mentioning how bad maintenance is? Completely accurate. Need something fixed? Good luck. The maintenance manager might eventually get to your work order. Mine has been open for over a month and still isn’t fixed. I personally know neighbors who have had work orders sitting since July and August with no resolution. Somehow Jackson was promoted to assistant manager, which is honestly baffling.
