Cheap paint, cheap labor who don’t care about code, cheap materials, stone walls falling apart after a year. They put peel n stick flooring in a brand new home. This company literally just slaps up homes as quick as possible and charges premium. This company literally just cares about profit and not the actual buyers.

Adriana Cortes is an amazing sales representative. She put me at ease during our tour, and didn’t overwhelm me with information. She took the time to get to know me and my needs first, asking lots of questions instead of a sales pitch. Then as we walked through the model home, she showed me many thoughtful standard features in the home and gave special attention to those that appealed to my needs.I appreciated the thoughtfulness behind the layouts and features. She explained everything clearly, especially the process of the building flow in the Campos del Sol development and how lots are released. I really like that this company is organized and already has some of their lots ready for presale to begin building in late fall 2025. None of the other builders I saw that day had such advance

Buying my first home with Desert View Homes was an amazing experience! The sales team and superintendent called me weekly with updates and made the process stress-free. They were always helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. I’m so happy with my new home and highly recommend them!

Bought my home 2 years ago. Yesterday my home started to flood. Plumbers found that it was due to shoddy build quality with the builders puncturing a line that had a slow leak until yesterday when the leak finally broke through the ceiling flooding the master bedroom closet Update: microwave was installed incorrectly leading to poor extraction, these is one screw instead of the 3 needed and there is no ducting leading from exhaust to the outside. . The sheer laziness of the contracts is astounding. For the sake of your family avoid this builder like the plague I would rate zero if I could

LONG BUT VERY TRANSPARENT REVIEW. I DO NOT RECOMMEND working with this builder on a new build OR buying a house of theirs at all. We bought a new build from them in 2022. We needed a quick close, so did not go through the building process but instead bought a house that had just been finished. Now, this was our first home purchase so we learned a few things we can do better in the future which I will list before my complaints: 1. ALWAYS make the trip to get eyes on the house before buying, even if you are moving cross country like we did. 2. ALWAYS pay for a third party inspection. They will hold the builder to different standards than the realtor/builder hired inspector. 3. DON'T miss your closing walk-thru.
