Since Office Manager Ella has taken over service promptness has been extremely efficient. Adherence to rules by all tenants has been better than in years and repairs to the outside of buildings and parking lot and sidewalks has been timely. Pranks by teenagers and lack of respect for the property by tenents in general has improved. Thank you Ella for all your attention and hard work!

Roaches, ac leaks every month, only one burner on the stove worked, refrigerator went on and off on its own. Best part was the park there. Stayed a year and went through 3 property managers.

Yes Older and dated but overall decently maintained and being set back off shed Rd helps with not having unwanted traffic roaming through. Having up to three bedrooms at a very affordable rate is my reason I gave it 4 stars
