Victory Gate was victorious once again 😊 We really enjoyed our journey with this group. Nothing ever goes perfectly, but it was a great team to work with through all the ups and downs of our build. We appreciated the freedom in our ability customize our floor plan to suite our narrow lot, as well as the variety of design options they have to choose from that really help make your house yours! They helped us visualize, conceptualize and birth our dream forever-home and we are very happy!

After visiting multiple home builder projects, it was clear Victory Gate builds a better product. Victory Gate's standard features are top of the line with most builders. They don't upcharge for hardware, window shutters, and other items that most builders price as add-ons. Their design center makes the process very simple and they have tons of options to choose from. They truly are a custom home builder. We decided on the exterior from one of their plans but we liked the interior layout of another. Victory Gate made the plan work by combining them. We also ran into issues with multiple easements on our plot. Just like before, Victory Gate redesigned the home to fit. We're currently building our home with Victory Gate. This isn't our first experience with home construction. We used a "big box" builder for our previous house so we came into this somewhat familiar with the process. But I must say our experience with Victory Gate has been pleasantly surprising.
