The units are okay, parking is not safe cars get broken into here. Also if you’re a current tenant your rent will go up every year, no matter if you always pay on time. New tenants will get a cheaper rate but existing tenants will have rent raised every year.

I have to write this review to make others beware!!! I also had to file an Unfair housing complaint with the city council. I live at Victoria Woods. The manager's name is DOREEN. (She is a fairly Tall Caucasian Lady. she has her own office in the office. she is the manager) the other lady in the office is always nice to everybody. DOREEN has been given my household a hard time living here so far. i can only speak from my experiences. last week near a Contruction site, a tree fell on my car which damaged the left side of the vehicle, including a flat tire. the same day i got the car towed, the very next day i get a green sticker on my vehicle to get it towed. for it is not operational. I pay to live here, why can't i park my car here? i wondered. but that wasn't the main issue. the problem

I’ve been a resident here for about 7 years and my experience has varied which is the reason for my 3 star review. However, one important aspect of my residency has remained consistent and that has been the pleasurable service and support from Glory. I can’t say enough great things about this leasing agent. She has worked in the leasing office prior to me moving here and I have NEVER had a negative encounter with her. She has provided respect and shows dignity to each resident. Her spirit, smile, support, and listening ear has been one of the only reasons that has kept me here. The care she displays should be shown by everyone and I hope the management team that currently exists adopts her approach. In addition to maintenance being kind and responsive, Glory has truly kept this place afl

I was at this location for a year! I enjoyed living here and I felt safe as well! The staff in the leasing office were very friendly and made my time as a first time renter very pleasant, friendly, and easy! The great place was clean and I did not come in contact with any bugs or rodents. The neighbors were friendly and said hi here and there when walking by! The laundry is a little pricey but there are laundry facilities on site. Parking was nice as well since I did not have to park on the street. Overall I’m very sad we had to move but due to COVID it was a financial decision to move out!

Doreen, the property manager here, is extremely rude. Before you apply, seriously consider whether renting with a property manager who is going to give you issues and cause you grief is really worth it. As a footnote, many of the residents here have also reported seeing rats, mice, and termites.
