Victoria Village Apartments

A quick list of things that can happen when renting from this cesspit of an apartment complex: Roaches, rats, car towed (they get kick backs for it), had my privacy violated for an inspection with an incorrect time given, STOLE my entire last rent/desposit. Mean, rude, insane property managers. Loud and obnoxious neighbors (tho some were quite lovely) And the list could go on.

The place soso...but security not so good. My car always vandalized. I put a decor or talisman at door....one day a group of youth took the decor and trash my front apartment door..

HORRIBLE, I used to live here 5 years ago and there was a whole bunch of roaches! they only did a small treatment and everytime we said something about it they would say nothing. 0/10 NOT GOOD AT ALL

Do not throw your money away renting here! Rodent infestation/roach infestation!!! On-site management is well aware of the issue and does nothing to fix the issue. Gross! Management is quick to call on late fees/ rent increase but avoids fixing repairs in the units.

There’s rats and roaches! I currently live here. Office staff does not care. Their solution is more sticky traps instead of fixing the issue. It’s disgusting here. Run. I have caught 7 rats and have seen a handful more, all in 2 months.
