Apartments are outdated and has mold in attic. Terrible at heating or cooling apartment so it makes electric bill around $200 a month. They end your lease a month early and raise rent and make you sign a new one. Has some ghetto trash people in several apartments. Don't rent here. So expensive for such a little place.

Overall nice place, the heating and cooling needs updated so they are more efficient and cost efficient, otherwise nice place my only complaint is I spent time and money planting flowers along the outside and they mowed them down when they mowed the grass and they were clearly separate because I put fresh dirt down as well.

Was ok very small. Heater and ac will drive your electric bill sky high with the set up. All in all nice grounds but idk what the check list is for when you 1st move because it was cracked when I moved in and they still tried to bill me for it when I left....

My friend lives there without freezer , ice comes through to his fridge. He walks or gets rides but has no place for cold food. This has been several months now & no one cares but but me
